You provide the finished artwork and audio; K13 handles technical setup, formatting, production, fulfillment, and distribution.
The process is simple and transparent: upload your music, upload your art, and you are paid electronically every quarter (Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, Oct 1).
All online physical media releases are sold exclusively through the K13 Store, where we handle manufacturing coordination, fulfillment, and reporting under a 50/50 net revenue split, paid quarterly—consistent with boutique physical media distributors.
K13 does not claim ownership of your music or artwork, and does not control or participate in your streaming, digital, or licensing rights or strategies. We only handle physical media sales and distribution.
Creators may also purchase personal copies at wholesale pricing for live shows, concerts, conventions, and merch tables. Wholesale pricing is based on the supplier’s current manufacturing cost. No MOQ applies to creator purchases.
Production Timeline:
After receiving finalized artwork and audio files, production begins within 3 business days. Your title goes live on the K13 storefront within 24 hours after production begins.

• Artwork-to-template placement (creator supplies all art to specifications)
• A/B side formatting on both Vinbyl (where applicable).
*Please note both vinyl and cassette have time limits on each side that may cause curation of full album or multi-product releases.
